Q: How do I place an order?
A: Initial contact can be made via email or telephone to inform me of what you are looking for. If you know exactly what you want and have pictures, then I would arrange an appointment with you, during which you would complete and sign an order form. If you are stuck for ideas, I can pull some information and pictures together for inspiration. They are used as a guide only. Again, you would then need to book an appointment to finalise details and complete an order form.
Q: What about a deposit?
A: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when an order is placed.
Q: What happens next?
A: There is nothing more that you need to do. Appointments can be arranged to view your cake at various stages of creation. Although this not necessary, a viewing is strongly advised a day or two before delivery/collection to allow for last minute corrections, therefore, I do not accept resonsibility for cakes once they leave my premises. I am very confident that you will be very happy with your order.
